At Soma+IQ™, our mission is to support your growth, confidence, and leadership in delivering transformational somatic breathwork sessions. Our policies are designed to honor both your commitment and the limited-capacity nature of our trainings.

Double Guarantee (Online Training)

Refund Guarantee (First 3 Weeks)
You have the first 3 weeks of training to experience the program. If during that time you decide it's not a fit, and you've shown up and participated in the training, you can request a full refund. No hard feelings. If life happens (family emergency, major event, etc.), we honor that. In the last 12 months, our refund rate has been under 4% (3.98%), and most were due to major life events, not dissatisfaction. This is by design.

Satisfaction Guarantee (After 3 Weeks)
After the first 3 weeks, your Refund Guarantee ends and your Satisfaction Guarantee begins. We guarantee that by the end of the training, you'll be able to confidently lead a somatic breathwork session. If you don't feel confident yet, we will continue working with you at no extra cost until you do. That can include extra support, additional practice opportunities, and continued access to training resources.

In short:

• First 3 weeks: Try it, participate, and if it's not right, get your money back.
• After 3 weeks: We don't quit on you. We work with you until you're confident leading a session.

In-Person Training: Cancellation & Refund Policy
Because our in-person trainings have very limited seats, and because we fill every class, all cancellations follow strict guidelines:

• Cancellations 14 Days or Less Before an In-Person Training

   

• No refunds are issued.

• No exceptions, except in cases of serious illness or Acts of God (death in the family, natural disaster, etc.).

• You may transfer your seat to a future in-person training date.

Cancellations More Than 14 Days Before an In-Person Training

• Eligible for a transfer to a future training date.

• Refunds may be considered but are not guaranteed due to logistical and capacity limits.

Exceptions for Serious Circumstances
Exceptions may be considered in the event of:

• Serious illness (with documentation)

• Death in the family

• Natural disaster or other Act of God

Please contact support with documentation and we will review your case promptly and compassionately.

Non-Refundable Situations (All Programs)
Refunds are not issued for the following reasons:

• Technical difficulties on your end (e.g., outdated devices, poor internet connection)

• Changes in financial circumstances after registration

• Failure to participate, attend, or complete required assignments

We provide clear setup instructions and support to help you navigate any tech needs.

Affiliate Referrals
Registrations made through affiliate partners are non-refundable. They may be transferred to a future training date.

If Soma+IQ™ Cancels a Training
If Soma+IQ™ cancels a training with less than 48 hours' notice, you may choose between:

• A full refund, or acredit applied to any future training or event

No penalties or fees will be applied.

Refund Processing Fee
Approved refunds incur a 5% processing fee charged by our merchant processor.

Other Products
All other products—including masterclasses, fundamentals, and micro-trainings—are eligible for a 30-day refund unless otherwise stated.
