 Welcome to Soma+IQ™ Breathwork (“Soma+IQ™,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, products, website(s), and any related content (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Product description / scope

   • This is a self‑paced, digital training (Somatic Foundations Pathway – Self Study).
   • Includes: Reset, Body Mapping, Mechanics, ARC, etc.
   • Does not include: live cohort, certification/CEUs, community, 1:1, Partner Pass.
     
     

2. No refunds

   • “All sales are final for this digital, self‑study program.
     There are no refunds or cancellations once purchased.”
     
     

3. Credit policy (the real “guarantee”)

   • “If you enroll in a Soma+IQ™ practitioner cohort within 12 months of this purchase, the full amount paid for Somatic Foundations Pathway – Self Study will be credited toward your cohort tuition.”
     
     

4. No medical / therapy claims

   • Clarify it’s educational, not medical or psych treatment.
   • “This program is not therapy, medical care, or a crisis service and is not a substitute for professional mental health or medical support.”
     
     

5. No promises of income / client results

   • Especially for evergreen folks.
   • “We do not guarantee any specific clinical outcomes, client results, or income.”
     
     

6. License / access

   • “You receive personal, non‑transferable access. Please don’t share login details or materials.”
     
     

7. Payments + chargebacks

   • “You authorize the charge and agree not to initiate chargebacks except in cases of fraud.”
