Somatic Breathwork is a transformative practice that integrates deep breathing techniques with body awareness to help release trauma, manage stress, and enhance overall well-being. It involves guided breathing exercises that focus on connecting mind and body, allowing individuals to process and emotional and physical stress.

This workshop is designed for a wide range of participants, including yoga teachers, mental health professionals, coaches, and anyone interested in learning about Somatic Breathwork, Somatic Education, Somatic Practices for everyday use and/or Somatic Therapeutic Techniques for Professional use.

Whether you’re a professional looking to integrate these techniques into your practice or someone curious about exploring somatic education and experiencing breathwork for personal growth, this workshop is for you.

During the workshop, you will gain an understanding of Somatic Breathwork, experience guided breathwork sessions, and learn practical techniques to manage stress.

You will also have the opportunity to interact with experienced practitioners and gain insights into how these practices can be applied in various professional and personal contexts.

No! This is not a Soma+IQ™ Practitioner Certification Training. 

No certification for attending this training will be delivered, and you will not be qualified to facilitate a Soma+IQ™ Session for others. 

However, you will learn multiple Somatic Practices that you can use for self-practice and practice with a partner.

• Severe Cardiovascular Conditions: Individuals with severe heart conditions, high blood pressure, or other serious cardiovascular issues should consult with their healthcare provider before participating.

• Respiratory Issues: Those with severe asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), or other serious respiratory conditions should seek medical advice before joining.

• Severe Mental Health Disorders: Individuals with severe psychiatric conditions such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia,  major depression, or on any SSRI medication should consult with a mental health professional before participating.

• Pregnancy: Pregnant individuals should consult with their healthcare provider before participating, as certain breathwork techniques may not be advised during pregnancy.
