Online Soma+IQ™ Breathwork Practitioner Training is a 100 hour training.

Soma+IQ™ Practitioner Training is 12 weeks of live interactive training calls every Tuesday @12pm PST and optional additional Support Calls every  Thursday @12pm PST.

If you have 3.5 - 4 hours that you can dedicate per week to this training, you can succeed.

Our main goal with this course is to make sure you get through it with ease. And we know very well that it’s always more enjoyable and effective to go through a training with peers than do it alone. This is exactly why we have included an experienced private Soma+IQ™ mentor and live group calls in this training. Your mentor will help you set goals for getting through the course, teach you how to adapt the tools and techniques to your own unique style and motivate you to go out and start practicing right away. In the live group calls you will be able to ask the instructors any question you have, connect with other mentors and be able to practice the techniques learned and watch others practice from the comfort of your own home, making this a truly immersive experience

Using the Soma+IQ™ Method, you'll enable your clients to develop an integrated daily routine to holistically improve their life. You'll learn somatic tools & techniques throughout all phases of the the training necessary to safely guide your clients through transformative Soma+IQ™ Journey's providing immense breakthroughs by aiding in  the release of unresolved emotions

The training is held at Flow Yoga Westgate in Austin, TX

The training location will be emailed to you upon registration along with an Air BNB link that shows nearby Air BNBs to choose from. 

Upon registration, you will be entered into a private practitioner group specific to this training. 

Within this group you have the ability to coordinate and lodge with other students (completely optional).

After the 4-day training you will be required to do a practicum which consists of 8 Soma+IQ™ Breathwork Sessions in total: 

• Six (6) - 1:1 Session 
• Two (2) - group sessions
• One (1) of each online

After the 4-day training, you will be fully equipped to perform these sessions. 

Students elect to partner with students to perform these sessions in addition to the online practitioner community, where you can partner with any of the hundreds of already certified practitioners. 

Once your sessions are completed - you will receive your certification.
