Is this program suitable for beginners?

Our program is designed to accommodate participants at all levels, including beginners. We cover foundational somatic breathwork techniques before advancing to more complex concepts, ensuring everyone progresses confidently.

Is there support available after I complete my certification?

Yes! You will have lifetime ongoing support, including: 

  • Bi-monthly Community Sessions. 
  • Bi-monthly practitioner support calls. 
  • Monthly Business & Marketing Workshops. 
  • Dedicated landing page to book sessions. 

Our Soma+IQ community has more than 700 certified practitioners, which consists of continuous learning, support, and professional development. You'll have access to exclusive resources, webinars, and peer support to help you thrive as a practitioner.

What if I struggle with completing online courses? Is there an accountability aspect?

Our main goal with this course is to ensure that you get through it with ease. We know that it’s always more enjoyable and effective to train with peers rather than alone.

This is exactly why we have included an experienced private Somatiq™ mentor and live group calls in this training.

Your mentor will help you set goals for getting through the course, teach you how to adapt the tools and techniques to your unique style, and motivate you to go out and start practicing right away. In the live group calls, you can ask the instructors any question, connect with other mentors, practice the techniques learned, and watch others practice from the comfort of your own home, making this a truly immersive experience.

Where is the in-person training held, and where do I stay?

The training is held at Flow Yoga Westgate in Austin, TX.

You will be entered into a private practitioner group specific to this training upon registration.

Within this group, you can coordinate and lodge with other students (completely optional).

What do I need to do to receive my certification?

After the 4-day training you will be required to do a practicum which consists of 8 Somatiq™ Breathwork Sessions in total:

  • Six (6) - 1:1 Session 
  • Two (2) - group sessions
  • One (1) of each online

After the 4-day training, you will be fully equipped to perform these sessions.

Students elect to partner with students to perform these sessions in addition to the online practitioner community, where you can partner with any of the hundreds of already certified practitioners.

Once your sessions are completed - you will receive your certification.

Certifications Delivered:
 

  • Somatiq™ Certification: Level 1. 
  • Arizona State Unversity: 4 CEUs certificate of completion (optional).
