Practitioner Agreement & Terms of Sale

Effective Date: Upon the Participant’s enrollment in any Soma+IQ™ Practitioner Training ("Training").
Company: Body Intelligence, LLC, d.b.a. Soma+IQ™ ("Company").
Participant: The individual enrolling in the Training ("Participant").


1. Purpose and Scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the Participant’s enrollment, participation, and completion of the Soma+IQ™ Practitioner Training. By checking the acceptance box at checkout and/or signing your agreement, the Participant agrees to all provisions herein.


2. Foundational Agreements

To create a safe, effective learning environment, each Participant agrees to:

  1. Personal Commitment
    1. Show up with genuine intent to learn and grow
    2. Be transparent and willing to share authentically
    3. Take full responsibility for personal learning and enjoyment
    4. Identify and focus on areas of life they wish to transform

  2. Active Participation
    The Participant will attend or complete each weekly component:
    1. Live Q&A or Instructor Calls
    2. Connection or Mentor Groups
    3. Pair or Small‑Group Work
    4. Assigned Solo Practices and Experiments

  3. Self‑Management
    1. Track all schedules, exercises, and practicum requirements
    2. Arrive on time and prepared for every session

  4. Emotional Responsibility
    1. Own emotional experiences without blaming others
    2. Refrain from disruptive conduct or withholding important communications

  5. Issue Resolution
    • Direct concerns to the person best positioned to resolve them
    • For emergencies, contact the Program Manager immediately


3. Certification Requirements

Certification as a Soma+IQ™ Breathwork Practitioner is awarded only when the Participant has:

  • Completed and logged all required practicum sessions
  • Signed and submitted this Agreement and the Practitioner Waiver
  • Paid all training fees and outstanding balances in full

Failure to meet any of these requirements will delay or nullify certification without refund.

Individuals beyond the 8 week practicum window and who have trained within one year may re-certify at 50% of the website enrollment.


4. Conduct and Dismissal

The Company is committed to a positive environment. The Company may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate the Participant’s involvement without refund if the Participant:

  • Becomes disruptive or difficult to work with
  • Fails to follow program guidelines
  • Impairs instructors' or other participants’ engagement


5. Privacy and Confidentiality

The Participant agrees to:

  • Respect the confidentiality and privacy of fellow participants and Company staff
  • Keep all shared personal stories, proprietary teachings, and materials strictly confidential
  • Use Company materials only for personal study unless expressly authorized in writing
  • Understand that violations may result in injunctive relief and termination


6. Intellectual Property and Content Use

All manuals, videos, policies, and teaching aids are proprietary to the Company. The Participant shall not reproduce, distribute, sell, record, share, teach, or disclose any content without written consent from the Company. Educational information is provided for a general audience and is not a substitute for medical, legal, or business advice. The Company assumes no responsibility for the Participant’s application of the material.


7. Use of Name and Likeness

The Company may request permission to use the Participant’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, or testimonial for education, marketing, or research. Consent, if granted, extends to the Company without geographic or time limitation and without royalty. The Participant retains the right to review and approve final materials before publication.


8. Release and Liability

Participation is voluntary and at the Participant’s own risk. The Participant forever releases and holds harmless the Company, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and successors from all claims or damages arising from participation, including disputes between participants. This includes, without limitation, any issues regarding program performance or requests for refunds based upon disputes.


9. Terms of Sale

  • Non‑Refundable: All program sales are final. The Participant waives any charge‑back rights with their payment processor
  • No Earnings Guarantee: The Company makes no promises regarding career, business, or income outcomes
  • Participants unable to meet these agreements may email [email protected] prior to the course start for a potential refund review


10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. 


11. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By signing below and/or checking the acceptance box at enrollment, the Participant confirms:

  • They have read, understood, and agree to all terms herein
  • They voluntarily participate and accept full responsibility for their involvement
